DeKalb County Tax Commissioner’s Office

Brand Refresh WordPress Website Print Collateral

The DeKalb County Tax Commissioner’s Office cares about taking good care of residents, but their old website was working against them.

People couldn’t find the information they needed, and the office was flooded with phone calls, emails, and complaints. Our challenge was to take their existing logo, refresh the brand around it, and build a new WordPress website that answers residents’ questions before they have to ask. The site includes a robust library of forms and simple FAQs on each page, so residents can find answers on their own.
