About
Biscuit Studios is an Atlanta-based branding, print and web design studio.
For 25 years, weāve helped organizations figure out what they want to say and how to say it well, through brand identities, printed materials, and websites that are easy to use and easy to find.
We believe good design starts with a clear purpose and gets better through real collaboration. Thatās why our clients work directly with the owners, from the first conversation through launch and beyond. Our background in architecture shapes how we work. We plan before we design, pay close attention to detail, and build things to last.

The idea of a brand āvoiceā isnāt just a hook. Itās also a cheesy metaphor. If a companyās message is the words they use, their image is the way they say them. Weāre interested in creating the best version of both.

Our Story
Biscuit is a partnership, in every sense of the word.
We met as college kids in the 90s with overalls, bleach blonde hair, and in-progress architecture degrees. After graduating from University of Florida in ā99, we packed up and moved to Atlanta, where we entered the corporate world of design. A few years into Lucyās interior design work and Jasonās flash presentations, Jason took on a presentation project for a friendās employer, which was then used nationally by the company. That success led to a job designing their full website.

Biscuit was created by betting on ourselves, and has thrived on the certainty that weāll always be there for each other.
In December 2001, Jason quit his corporate job and started Biscuit, a leap of faith and a love letter to design. Lucy was quick to follow, and we ended up by each otherās side, where we still find ourselves today. Being a pair and growing together over the decades has been so much fun from the start.
Our early years were spent doing the work of four or five people while building our business, family, and reputation. Itās solid proof of our collective care that many of our business relationships go back more than twenty years.
Weāve come a long way. Biscuit now designs brand identities, print, signage, and exhibits, and plans and builds websites on WordPress, Shopify and Squarespace. But some things havenāt changed. We sweat the details without losing the big picture, which has allowed us to adapt when needed without losing our core strengths and values. The passion we have for our work means we have a lot of priorities, which range far and wide. Jasonās a user experience savant and makes accessibility part of every Biscuit site, while Lucy uses her creativity and care to build standout brands and client relationships.Ā
The work weāve put into building this company has allowed us to have such a fulfilling life together, which shows in what we create. Biscuit began as a passion project, so even with time, growth, and maturity, we canāt help but keep having fun.
